VastuReport.com is owned and operated by Swift Vision LLC. This policy applies to all purchases made on vastureport.com, including Vastuscore™ reports, report credits and any other paid services.

Digital products

Our reports and credits are digital products. Reports are generated and made available to you immediately after purchase, and credits are added to your account straight away.

No refunds

Because our products are delivered instantly in digital form, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased reports or credits, including unused credits, except where required by applicable law.

No cancellations

Once a purchase is complete, it cannot be cancelled. Our reports and credits are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be charged again.

Try before you buy

You can see your Vastuscore™ for free before purchasing (up to 5 free scores with a free account), and you can preview a sample report, so you know what you will receive before you pay.

Problems with your purchase

If something went wrong, for example you were charged twice, a payment went through but your report or credits did not appear, or you are having trouble accessing a report you paid for, please contact our support team through our Contact Us page. Include the email address on your account and, if possible, your order details. We will look into it and work with you to resolve it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
