These Terms of Service govern your use of the website located at https://vastureport.com and any related services provided by Swift Vision LLC.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information when you register, to keep your login details confidential, and to tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or make a purchase.

We may suspend, restrict or close any account, and remove any associated content, if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these Terms of Service, fraudulently, or in a way that could harm Swift Vision LLC, our users or third parties.

Payments, Credits and Refunds

Prices for reports, credits and other paid services are shown on our website at the time of purchase and may change at any time. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. By making a purchase, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Report credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and can only be used on vastureport.com. Reports and credits are digital products delivered immediately, so all sales are final and no refunds are given, including for unused credits or reports you are dissatisfied with, except where required by applicable law. Please see our Refund Policy for details, including how to contact us about a duplicate charge or a purchase that was not delivered.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a purchase that was delivered, we may suspend your account and any remaining credits while the dispute is resolved.

Your Content and Uploaded Data

You keep ownership of the floor plans, plot images, photographs, property details and other materials you upload or submit (“Your Content”). You grant Swift Vision LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, analyze and display Your Content, including through our service providers, as needed to provide, maintain and improve our services.

You confirm that you own Your Content or have all rights and permissions needed to upload it and to allow us to use it as described, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Please do not upload documents containing sensitive personal information (such as identity documents or financial records) that is not needed for a Vastu analysis.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of Your Content. We may delete uploaded files and generated data in line with our Privacy Policy, and we are not responsible for any loss of Your Content.

Automated Processing and Artificial Intelligence

Our services use automated tools, which may include artificial intelligence, machine learning and computer vision technologies operated by us or by third-party providers, to process and interpret the information and images you submit. Your Content may be transmitted to such providers solely for this purpose.

Automated processing may not always be accurate or complete. Results such as detected outlines, boundaries, rooms, labels, orientations and directions may contain errors, may differ between runs, and depend heavily on the quality of what you upload. Where our tools ask you to review, adjust or confirm a result, you are responsible for checking it before relying on it. Swift Vision LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of any automatically generated output and is not liable for any loss arising from errors in it.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to that collection and use.

Limitations of Use

By using this website, you warrant on behalf of yourself, your users, and other parties you represent that you will not:

1. modify, copy, prepare derivative works of, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials and software contained on this website;
2. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from any materials and software on this website;
3. transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server;

Intellectual Property

Reports you generate or purchase may be downloaded, kept and shared (including with prospective buyers, tenants or advisers) in connection with the property they relate to, provided they are not altered or presented as anything other than a vastureport.com report.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swift Vision LLC, its owners, employees and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of our services, your breach of these Terms of Service, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

The materials appearing on our website are not comprehensive and are for general information purposes only. Swift Vision LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on this website, or otherwise relating to such materials or on any resources linked to this website.
